Auto Attendant - The staff member that works all hours!
Most of you are aware of our Flexicall Manager and Compact2 business voicemail systems - but did you know that they have a bunch of useful extra features that allow your customers to effectively manage their incoming calls?
Each of our systems comes with an inbuilt 'auto attendant' answering system - allowing businesses to do away with the old 'answering machine' once and for all, and ensuring they capture all calls, whatever the time of day.
The setup of the auto attendant function can be as simple or complex as the business dictates. For example you can:
- utilise a full tree of menus to direct calls to personnel or voicemail boxes (up to 100 menus on the FCM);
- transfer calls to other offices (with ISDN);
- provide information menus that callers can navigate via push button;
- or simply let callers know that the office is closed and when it will reopen.
